Angus Edgar has 26 years experience in the finance and stockbroking industry. He has been directly involved with providing corporate advisory services to private and ASX listed companies and the listing of several new companies onto ASX. Angus is a Director of Melbourne Capital Limited, a corporate advisory company, and Managing Director of Regal Resources Limited, an ASX listed company. Mr Edgar is a member of the Company’s Audit & Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee. |

Mr Neil Biddle Appointed 4 April 2013

Neil Biddle is a prominent Australian geologist and mining executive with over 25 years' experience in precious metal, base metal and iron ire exploration throughout Australia and overseas, as well as in the establishment, development and management of listed mining and exploration companies. Since 1896, he has served on the boards of several successful ASX-listed companies in senior executive positions, including as Exploration Director, Technical Director and Managing Director. He was Managing Director at Border Gold NL and Consolidated Victorian Mines in the 1990's, before being appointed as Managing Director of Hallmark Gold in 2004, subsequently overseeing that company's transformation to become TNG Limited, which his now developing the world-class Mount Peak Vanadium-Iron-Titanium Project in the Northern Territory. He was previously the Technical Director of Shewin Iron LImited (ASK:SHD), where he played an instrumental role in the identification, acquisition and subsequent exploration and development of the Roper River Iron Ore Project in the Northern Territory. Mr Biddle is a long-standing Corporate Member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. |

Mr Adrien Wing Appointed 5 May 2011 |
Adrien Wing holds a degree in accounting and is CPA qualified. His extensive corporate and accounting experience includes practising in the audit and corporate divisions of a chartered accounting firm before working with a number of public companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange as a corporate/accounting consultant and company secretary. Mr Wing is a director of New Age Exploration Ltd and Melbourne Capital Ltd.
