History
Transol Corporation Limited ("Transol" or "the Company") is a Company limited by shares that is incorporated and domiciled in Australia. Transol was formed in 1999 as Online Trading Systems Limited and changed its name to Transol Corporation Limited in August 2003.
Transol divested its technology assets in early 2013, repositioning itself as an exploration company focusing on major new discoveries in gold-copper. Since respositioning, Transol has acquired 100% of a high quality minerals portfolio in the Northern Territory including the Company's flagship project, Johnnies Reward, which is located 75 kms north-east of Alice Springs.
The acquisition also included 100% of the historic Hatches Creek tungsten project, located 325kms north-east of Alice Springs, providing Transol with a strong pipeline of future mineral exploration opportunities in a highly prospective part of the Northern Territory.
Transol appointed experienced Australian mining executive Mr Neil Biddle as an Executive Director in April 2013. Mr Biddle will lead the Company's exploration and development programs at Johnnies Reward.
The Company is expanding its exploration programs in 2013 as it completes its transition to become a leading Australian gold-copper explorer.
